What we will and will not say.

A marketplace that aggregates demand only works if the numbers on the page are the numbers in the database.

01

Payments

Booking fees, balances and delivery charges go through Paynow. A browser redirect is not proof of payment. The server checks the hash, the amount and the reference, then polls Paynow.

02

Priority

A priority number is written only after a verified booking payment. Later or larger payments do not jump the queue. Quantity above one takes consecutive places in that same order.

03

Language

“Stock confirmed” and “price secured” appear only after a verified supplier commitment. Until then you are looking at a target and a reference benchmark.

04

Credit

The booking fee is a liability — money you can apply to the purchase — until it is used or refunded. It is not counted as earned sales on the day you pay it.

05

Reviews

A review can be published only against a completed purchase of that product. Empty review sections stay empty.

06

Refunds

If we cannot allocate your units, unused credit is refunded through Paynow. Records are kept. A completed purchase is handled as a support case, not a one-click reversal.

Short answers

Does paying the booking fee mean the item is in stock?

No. The fee secures your priority number and becomes purchase credit. Stock is confirmed only after a verified supplier commits quantity and price.

What happens to my fee if the supplier cannot supply?

Your unused booking credit is refunded through Paynow. We do not convert it into revenue while it is still owed to you.

Can someone pay more and jump ahead of me?

No. Priority follows the order of verified Paynow booking payments. A larger fee does not buy a better number.

When do I pay the rest?

After units are allocated to your priority number. You will see a secured price, the credit already applied, any delivery fee, and a payment deadline. The balance is paid on Paynow.

Which cities do you deliver to?

Delivery fees are estimates by city until your allocation is confirmed. Collection points are listed on the booking form when they are active. Priority itself is national: a Harare booking does not outrank an earlier Bulawayo booking.

How do I see my booking?

Use My Bookings with your reference and WhatsApp number, or sign in with the same email.

Purchase credit

The fee comes off the price. It does not confirm stock.

Worked example for a $99 target, a $5 booking fee and a $4 Harare delivery estimate. These are not a supplier quote. Your booking uses the target and fee printed on that product, and the delivery fee locked for your city.

Target price$99.00
Booking fee, later applied as credit− $5.00
Goods still due$94.00
Delivery estimate+ $4.00
Still to pay if allocated$98.00

Priority is written only after Paynow verifies the booking fee. A larger or later payment does not jump the queue. If a supplier cannot fulfil, the refund rules on the booking policy apply.

Briefing

Ask a person about a list.

This opens a support ticket. It does not create a booking, it does not take a payment, and it does not reserve a place in the queue.

Booking fee per unit becomes purchase credit after Paynow verifies it. A quick look is not a booking and not confirmed stock.
