Policy
Booking and priority policy
Priority is assigned only after Paynow confirms the booking fee. The public site never treats a redirect back from Paynow as payment.
One queue per product
Each product has a single priority list. A colour, storage size or shoe size is stored as your preference. It does not open a second queue, and a customer who picks a different colour later cannot step in front of an earlier payment.
Order
Numbers follow the order of successful booking payments. Paying a larger fee does not buy a better number. If you book more than one unit, allocation walks that same order and may fill your booking in part.
Capacity
A product can have a priority capacity. Pending checkouts hold a place for a short window, currently 30 minutes, so two people cannot both pass a full list. If the payment is not verified, the hold ends and no priority number is kept.
If Paynow cannot start
The booking stays unpaid. You are told that priority was not assigned. There is no button on the public site that pretends a payment succeeded.
