Terms of use

Published 7 October 2026

These terms cover blackfridayzw.store. Version 2026-10-07. By paying a booking fee you accept them and the booking policy.

What the site is

Black Friday ZW lists products before it buys them. A listing is an invitation to join a priority list. It is not an offer to sell an item we already hold, unless the page says the price is secured and the stock is confirmed.

Accounts and bookings

You must give a name and a WhatsApp number you control. One active booking per person, per product option. Quantity in a single booking is 1 to 5 units. We may refuse a booking that fails a manual fraud review. A score by itself does not cancel you.

Money

Payments run through Paynow Zimbabwe. We verify them on the server. The booking fee is credited to your purchase. Balances and delivery charges are charged only when an allocation says they are due.

Content

Specifications labelled as a sourcing brief are not manufacturer claims. Reviews are accepted only from completed purchases. You may not post a review for a booking you do not own.

Purchase credit

The fee comes off the price. It does not confirm stock.

Worked example for a $99 target, a $5 booking fee and a $4 Harare delivery estimate. These are not a supplier quote. Your booking uses the target and fee printed on that product, and the delivery fee locked for your city.

Target price$99.00
Booking fee, later applied as credit− $5.00
Goods still due$94.00
Delivery estimate+ $4.00
Still to pay if allocated$98.00

Priority is written only after Paynow verifies the booking fee. A larger or later payment does not jump the queue. If a supplier cannot fulfil, the refund rules on the booking policy apply.

Briefing

Ask a person about a list.

This opens a support ticket. It does not create a booking, it does not take a payment, and it does not reserve a place in the queue.

Booking fee per unit becomes purchase credit after Paynow verifies it. A quick look is not a booking and not confirmed stock.
