How Black Friday ZW works

Black Friday ZW does not pretend a product is in our warehouse because it is listed. A listing is a demand campaign. You choose the product and options, pay a booking fee through Paynow, and receive a priority number plus purchase credit. We use the paid list to negotiate. Stock is called confirmed only after a verified supplier commits units and a price.

  1. You choose. Open a product, pick the variant and quantity, and read the booking terms.
  2. You pay the booking fee on Paynow. EcoCash, InnBucks, cards and other Paynow methods are handled by Paynow. We assign priority only after our server verifies the payment.
  3. The fee becomes credit. It reduces what you pay later. It is not a separate service charge we silently keep as sales revenue.
  4. We negotiate. Suppliers see aggregated paid demand, not a guess. Quotes are compared on price, quantity, lead time and terms.
  5. Confirmed units follow priority. If 50 units arrive and 72 were requested, the earliest priority numbers are allocated first. Everyone else waits for the next allocation, with their credit intact.
  6. You pay the balance on Paynow only after your units and the secured price are confirmed. Then we deliver or you collect.

A later customer cannot jump the queue by paying a larger booking fee. Priority follows successful payment order.

Purchase credit

The fee comes off the price. It does not confirm stock.

Worked example for a $99 target, a $5 booking fee and a $4 Harare delivery estimate. These are not a supplier quote. Your booking uses the target and fee printed on that product, and the delivery fee locked for your city.

Target price$99.00
Booking fee, later applied as credit− $5.00
Goods still due$94.00
Delivery estimate+ $4.00
Still to pay if allocated$98.00

Priority is written only after Paynow verifies the booking fee. A larger or later payment does not jump the queue. If a supplier cannot fulfil, the refund rules on the booking policy apply.

Briefing

Ask a person about a list.

This opens a support ticket. It does not create a booking, it does not take a payment, and it does not reserve a place in the queue.

Booking fee per unit becomes purchase credit after Paynow verifies it. A quick look is not a booking and not confirmed stock.
