Delivery and collection in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru and Mutare

Published 7 October 2026

Your city changes the delivery estimate. It does not change your place in the queue. A booking verified first in Mutare is ahead of a booking verified later in Harare.

Estimates, then a locked fee

Before stock is allocated, the city fees on the site are estimates. Harare is usually the lowest. Bulawayo, Gweru and Mutare cost more because of the distance. Victoria Falls is higher again. Collection is free when a planned desk is actually named on your allocation.

The fee that matters is the one written on the balance request. That number is locked for that allocation. If you miss the payment window, the units go back into the pool and your credit stays with your priority number.

Large items

A phone can ride with a courier. A 55-inch television or a fridge needs a proper delivery, and a collection desk is not a warehouse. If a desk is only “planned”, the booking form says so.

Purchase credit

The fee comes off the price. It does not confirm stock.

Worked example for a $99 target, a $5 booking fee and a $4 Harare delivery estimate. These are not a supplier quote. Your booking uses the target and fee printed on that product, and the delivery fee locked for your city.

Target price$99.00
Booking fee, later applied as credit− $5.00
Goods still due$94.00
Delivery estimate+ $4.00
Still to pay if allocated$98.00

Priority is written only after Paynow verifies the booking fee. A larger or later payment does not jump the queue. If a supplier cannot fulfil, the refund rules on the booking policy apply.

Briefing

Ask a person about a list.

This opens a support ticket. It does not create a booking, it does not take a payment, and it does not reserve a place in the queue.

Booking fee per unit becomes purchase credit after Paynow verifies it. A quick look is not a booking and not confirmed stock.
